Performance characteristics:
1, with crystal transparency, transmittance of over 92%, soft and clear vision, and dyestuff dyed with acrylic has good color developing effect.
2, acrylic board has excellent weatherability, high surface hardness and surface gloss, and high temperature performance.
3, acrylic board has good processability. It can be either thermoforming or mechanical processing.
4, transparent acrylic plate has the transmittance comparable with glass, but the density is only half of that of glass. Besides, it is not so fragile as glass, even if it breaks down, it will not create sharp fragments like glass.
5, the abrasion resistance of acrylic board is close to aluminum material, and its stability is good, and it is resistant to chemical corrosion.
6, the acrylic board has good printing and spraying properties, and the appropriate printing and spraying process can give the ideal surface decoration effect of acrylic products.
7, fire resistance: it is not self ignite, but it is a flammable product and does not possess self extinguishing property.
